Hi,

 Is Intel Media SDK give any API to read GPU Memory usage?

Hi KK, 

Intel Media SDK doesn't have an API to read GPU memory. There are other products like GPA(Graphics Performance Analyzer), task manager (working on windows), Process Explorer (available online) which can be useful for checking GPU usage.
