Beta3 sample source can't find plugin_csc.h

Hi,
It seems Beta3 miss 'plugin_csc.h'.I compile sample code and get ...\\common\\include\\base_encoder.h(24): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'plugin_csc.h': No such file or directory

The issue has been fixed and a new Media SDK 3.0beta3 package has been uploaded to our external site. Please download the package again, sorry for the inconvenience.
