Use media SDK 2.0 sample_decode h264

I have a deblocking filter level problems

Can I change the deblocking filter level?

Hi,

There's no control for deblocking filter in MSDK decoder as this is not specified by the standard. Deblocking filter settings are defined at the encoder side, i.e. when the stream is created.

What is the reason for the need in this setting? Any problem with quality of sample_decode output?
