Does the IMSDK H264 encoder support H264 Gradual Decoding Refresh (GDR) ?

Hello Cameron - Thanks for the question. The Media SDK does not have parameters to control/enable GDR encoding. If you can provide us more details on what you are looking for, we can provide some alternative solutions.

I see some groups are using this feature in evaluating low latency MPEG DASH streaming.

It would be a nice feature to have supported in the IMSDK.
