Hi, I have bought "Intel Media Server Studio - Professional Edition1" .When I use Media SDK GPU decoding HEVC, i got the big problem. It always have virtual memory leak when HEVC GPU decoding (5M 16ch HEVC decode) long time.

I found if using graphic driver (2015/06/03 10.18.15.4232) and (2015/08/24 10.18.15.4279) there will no leak, but when I update graphic driver to (2015/1215 20.19.15.4352)、(2016/03/31 20.19.15.4424)、(2016/05/25 20.19.15.4463),it will have virtual memory leak.

The follows is my test result for the some graphic driver.

My pc is Windows 8.1 x64 / Server 2012 R2 x64 , skylake i7-6700.

please help

thanks

Bill

Hi chen,

Thanks for bringing this up. We have other customer reporting similar issue and we are looking into it. Can you try on the latest driver - https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26099/Intel-Beta-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-?product=88345 and let us know your result?
Currently we are testing the upcoming driver where we are not seeing leaks internally(should be released this month).

Thanks,
Surbhi
