Tips:

HW target does not work:
- Make sure your system supports HW acceleration, install latest Intel
gfx driver and make sure that Intel gfx is selected as primary driver
- If Intel driver is associated with secondary adapter,
make sure to initialize DirectX device used with Media SDK with
corresponding adapter

According to system analyzer the OS cannot see any Intel GPU.  Could you send more details about your system?

In general, you will want to

1. Make sure an Intel display adapter is visible from device manager

2. Install the latest Intel graphics driver
