How we can accelerate VPU of Intel® Celeron® Processor 1047UE for encode more than 4 video's with h.264 .

I am working on video encoding and decoding . I am using intel 

Intel® Celeron® Processor 1047UE

processor but can play or record just a single video . but I wanna record more than 4 videos at a time with h.264 for that I am using ffmpeg and gstreamer . I am not able to accelerate vpu of that board . Please help me . Following are my contact details .
