Installation of Intel MSS 2017 in CentOS 7.2

Hi,

According to the documentation (https://software.intel.com/sites/default/files/managed/52/a7/media_server_studio_getting_started_guide.pdf), CentOS 7.2 “Gold” install is intended for use with the "CentOS 7.2.1511 kernel (3.10.0-327.13.1.x86_64)".
Can the following OS configuration be considered for gold installation? "CentOS 7.2.1511 kernel (3.10.0-514.2.2.el7.x86_64)"

I did a try. It didn't work. OS became unstable. I had to reinstall the OS.

From what appears in this web page, I believe yours will be a generic install
