1 SDK's update cycle (month year?)

2 Whether the technical support? Free? Paid? How much will it cost?

Hi, Intel Media SDK is a free product. There is no specified regular cadence of SDK releases. However, new features are normally introduced in conjunction with new Intel platforms (such as the release of Intel 3rd generation Core processor) or aligned with new OS capabilities such as Windows 8. Technical support is available for free via these forums. We do not have a model for extended/in-depth tech support for a fee. Regards, Petter
