Intels answer to the Tegra 2

The advent of the dual core Tegra 2 with its built in hardware encoders and decoders,hdmi out camera in etcatsucha low price tag makes me wonder is there anything on the map that will compare? I know they are shrinking the Atom but what will the price point be? Just wondering where things are going and if Intel is flat footed on this one.
