Question about HEVC Encoder & Decoder

At present,if I want to use Intel's GPU accelerated HEVC Encoder & Decoder, I must purchase the Media Server Studio Pro(don't like h264 codec,it only need the free media client SDK),and my app will only run on Windows Server edition,is it?

yes on MSS Pro for HEVC support (3rd party options might be available as well).

MSS would also run on non server Windows OS. Would require an extra DLL which you can download somewhere from Intel page.
