Running Intel Media SDK (Not Server) under systemd

Hi all,

 

I'd like to run quick sync enabled applications within Intel Media SDK under CentOS 7 running as systemd...

This fails...

Do you know any options, to make systemd available to have access to quick sync (not just root)?
