Hi,

I Need to use H.264 encoding with Intel Media SDK for HW Accelerator. And Now, I have two PC with intel graphic card.One PC support HW Accelerator and the other one PC can't support HW Accelerator.

Can you tell me the Minimum configuration of graphics cards that support hardware acceleration? Thanks

Hi,

Can you try updating your graphics driver with latest one? I think both of your PC should be capable to support hardware acceleration.

Thanks for your reply.

Both of your PC are DELL PC. And all the graphics driver of my PC is the latest one for the type of PC on the Dell Driver Site.

But, the graphics driver(win64_154519.4678.exe) on the intel official site is not suitable for my PC.Could you the me the reason? and how to update my graphics driver ?
