Use Intel Media SDK to encode jpeg on win10 has Green Block

I use media sdk 2016R2 on win10(14393), CPU i7-6700,GPU Intel(R) HD Graphics 530,8G memory, to encode image to jpeg. When encode,I switch between single thread and double thread, and adjust the image size. Use the driver 21.20.16.4475, it has no problem, but use other versions of driver ,the output jpeg will have part green block.what's the problem or the driver bug?
