When using Intel hardware coding, a frequent crash occurs

We use Intel CPU. When we use hardware encoder, we often crash in mfx_mft_h264ve_32. DLL, dump in the attachment, can help analyze the reason, thank you.

OS info and version：windows 10 professional edition
compile: Visual Studio 2015

CPU: i5-8269U
Graphics Driver version: 26.20.100.7262

Steps:

1)  Use mediafoundation api, encode video to h.264.

2)  After running for a period of time, this crash problem will appear from time to time.
