I am new in intel media sdk , As the " readme-encode_windows.pdf" said : Note 1: You need to have HEVC installed to run with h265 codec.
I want to encode yuv to h265 avi . It thow errors : plugin_loader.h :166 [ERROR] Failed to load plugin from GUID, sts=-9: (Intel (R) Media SDK HW plugin for HEVC ENCODE) Default plugin cannot be loaded (possibly you have to define plugin explicitly)
May be I did not install HEVC plugin, But I do not know where is the "HEVC plugin" and how can I install it.
