Hi, Support for the MediaSDK hardware accelration should have been installed as part of the graphics driver if you are installing this on Windows 7 OS. Was the graphics driver ( 8.15.10.2761 ) one that was on the sytem when purchased, or was it installed from intel.com download? If it was the latter, were there any errors on installation? You may simply want to try re-installing the graphics driver from here: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=21428〈=eng&OSVersion=Windows%207%20(32-bit)*&DownloadType=Drivers%20
