Hi Ran, 

The whitepaper you are referring to is from 2011(very old).Since then, looks like the link to sample code might have been moved or deprecated due to many changes in product interfaces. I will check with original author of the whitepaper and internal teams and update to see if link could be restored.

Hi Ran,

Update from author (Igor) on the sample link mentioned in whitepaper :" The sample code for this whitepaper (WP) was included in the public vaapi/libva project years ago. Here is the link: http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libva/tree/test/v4l_h264/encode". Also, please note the code may have been altered to support newer cpus than original code for the Atom™ E6xx series as mentioned in WP.
