Температура процессора 70-80 С

Подскажите является ли постоянная температура 70-80 градусов С процессора i5-7600K нормальной?

На сколько сокращается срок службы процессора при таком использовании?

Is the processor installed correctly, with the proper thermal paste, and proper cooling, and proper ventilation?

The max temp is 100C.

No, this is not normal - not if we are talking about an idle system. 70-80c will not disaffect the lifetime of the processor, however.
