Bonjour

Hi Elliot_mp,
Greetings from Intel Customer Support.
We would like to inform you that we can only answer on English language.
We understand that you are concerned regarding the behavior of the CPU. For us to further investigate, we would like to gather the following information:
- Get the SSU log of the computer. Here's how to get it https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057926/memory-and-storage.html
- Is the CPU usage is normal before on the said application? If so, are there any recent changes happened on the computer before experiencing the issue?
Regards,

Hi elliot_mp
Since your not getting the random overheating, we suggest to stay on BIOS settings default to avoid the issue. We will now close this thread. Thank you.
