Hi if anyone could give me some peace of mind about this, I'd appreciate it. So, when I'm playing higher demand games for example starfield. My CPU usage is in the 20-30% range but temps are mid to high 70s and 80s-92 Celsius. Only hits low 90s for seconds at a time but it does so somewhat often. Are these safe/normal temps? Brand new PC so it's not a thermal paste issue and I keep fans on high so not really a cooling issue other than I maybe could do with a cooling upgrade of some sort.

Hi meadowsc1323,
Thank you for posting in our community. I understand your concern about your CPU temperatures while playing demanding games like Starfield. The temperatures you're experiencing, ranging from mid-70s to low 90s Celsius, are generally within the safe range for modern CPUs, especially during intense gaming sessions. It's quite common for temperatures to spike briefly into the low 90s, but as long as they don't stay there for extended periods, it shouldn't be a cause for concern.
Brief Spikes: It's normal for CPUs to experience brief temperature spikes during heavy loads. Modern CPUs are designed to handle these spikes and will throttle performance if temperatures get too high to prevent damage
