14900KF + 240 AIO Qustion

My old PC became ... well ... obsolete and as I always wanted to build myself a ROG I picked up as many ROG bits and bobs from here and there as I could and wanted to run it all with i7 14th gen but as I was looking for a cheap one I managed to come across a slightly used i9 14900KF for the price of i7 so I got that instead.
I assumed (I should stop assuming things) my case would fit a 360 AIO so I bought one but it turns out it can only fit a 240. I really like the case so rather than change that I bought a 240 cooler and I'm now wondering if i9 is gonna run too hot as I do a lot of heavy ADOBE rendering/batch exports etc.

Shall I:

a)
Leave Intel as is

or

b)

Set PL1 = 253W PL2 = 253W

Tune adaptive voltage or undervolt slightly?

That way I'd imagine I won't lose much or anything in terms of performance but gain some sanity and lower the temps? Or am I wrong?

@XIII  Good , better could be 360mm aio with temperature dipslay. Chooe acabinet with plenty air flow.  After building pc , dont install unnecessary softwares. For this work  ADOBE rendering/batch intel may get hot.

i dont have experience , so i cant say about ""Tune adaptive voltage or undervolt slightly?""

I should have probably mentioned what casee and what's in it. I haven't received all the things I ordered, everything should be here within a day or two so I will probably start building this weekend. I bought these:

ASUS ProArt PA401 Wood Edition TG BK
Intel Core i9-14900KF
ASUS ROG Strix Z790-H GAMING WIFI
ASUS ROG Strix RTX 4070 Ti 12GB
ASUS ROG Strix 1000W PLATINUM
ASUS ROG RYUJIN III 240 ARGB
Corsair VENGEANCE RGB DDR5 96GB 6000MHz

It's an ATX case but on the smaller end so it only takes 240/280 radiators

@XIII

Great specs ,  also buy if possibe  , put windows 11 25h2 on  500Gb  nvme ssd.  And another SSD for gaming or saving the adobe project works.

Install latest bios from asus according to this security  this page intel-sa-01396

install intel ME firmware too.

Keep your pc safe and enjoy your work

I've just ordered Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut off Amazon to replace the stock ASUS grease. That also might help with a degree or two... Anything to make up for that third fan...
