4790k compatibility

Hello,

I'd like to ask some questions about 4790k devil's canyon ,

first i have 32Gb 2400

ATI R9 280x

Cooling thermaltalk pro system

i'm thinking of upgrading to 4790k but um not sure about the compatibility with the memory ?

 

Also would you like to recommend a specific motherboard for all of that please ? i'm thinking of Gigabyte z97 D3H ?
