ABNT2 Keyboard issue Started today anyone know how to fix It?

Hi everyone,

I’m having a strange issue with my ABNT2 keyboard and I’m not sure what triggered it. Some keys suddenly started typing completely different characters than what’s printed on them. I also restarted the PC, but the problem continues exactly the same. This only started happening today and the keyboard was working perfectly before.. Has anyone experienced this kind of sudden keyboard behavior with ABNT2? What should I try next to fix it?

Contact the keyboard manufacturer.  This is not an Intel problem.

Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.

It sounds like your ABNT2 layout might have changed. Check that only Português (Brasil)  ABNT2 is active in Windows and remove any extra layouts.
