I opened a RMA case for my 13900k on 11th, all went smooth until they told me they were preparing a shipping label.
It has been 12 days since that, last time I heard back from them was on 19th.
Shot 3 emails since, no reply what so ever.

Hey, yes I started an rma about 4 weeks ago for my Intel i9 13900k. Contact back and forth was exceptionally slow. Like snail mail slow...
Anyway they told me they would replace my cpu to which I refused, I told them I had no trust anymore and wanted a refund as they were not being transparent with me and their customer service was awful.
Low and behold they offered me less than I paid from the cpu from amazon original, so needless to say I declined the offer.
I want a full refund, now after I wrote that they all of a sudden couldn't verify my purchase from my pdf order fromm amazon.
This by itself is a complete joke, anyway I contacted amazon and they verified my purchase right away and give me a full refund.
Never again will I buy another Intel system, in comparison I had an AMD last generation 7900 that sat on my shelf since new. I contacted amd about it and they offered me a latest generation model cpu free of charge. That's customer service right there!
As for Intel, I will see you in the small claims to claims for anything I specifically bought to run this cpu. See you in court Intel.
Btw I hope you have more luck than I did with Intel support
