CPU upgrade notebook

I have a Toshiba notebook with a 945GM Express Chipset and a T1350 Core Solo processor. I would like to upgrade to the fastest processor supported by this notebook and was wondering what processor that would be? I was also wondering what is the difference between a PPGA478 socket and a PGA478 socket? This would be the difference between a T7800 core 2 duo and a T9400 core 2 duo. Many thanks in advance.
