Can Intel® Celeron™ Processor N3050 support dual monitors?

I'm looking for a budget laptop that can support dual monitors and I found this laptop for 300$ can it support dual monitors?

The Intel® Celeron® N3050 (2M Cache, up to 2.16 GHz) supports up to 3 displays. The quantity of displays supported depends on how the computer manufacturer builds the system.
