Can't Install Intel TBT Monitor

Intel TBT Monitor is supposed to install on any PC with Intel processor with TBT. I'm using Intel 3610QM powered HP pavilion 7040tx notebook. I can't install TBT Monitor. But I can use another app (TMonitor) to monitor my CPU performance. Is this a compatibility problem of TBT Monitor with new ivy bridge processors?

We have proceeded testing the Intel® Turbo Boost Monitor on systems we have available which are also Ivy Bridge and no issues were found; therefore, this seems to be more an isolated issue.

We recommend you making sure you have the latest BIOS of your system for a proper processor recognition and, proceed to install it. If having loaded the latest processor's micro code does not solve your issue, please proceed contacting your system builder for assistance. Thanks for the reply. But, when I contacted Intel Support, the said that they can't help me with this problem. Contact my PC vendor for further assistance...
