Cant Locate password jumper

I just need help finding the password jumper, i have checked everywhere for manuals for the board and laptop and i cannot find the password jumper. it is an intel i7 4th generation 4702hq in a dell m3800 precision. i just wanna know where its at that's all i need it should not be so hard.

I understand that there is no password jumper in DELL laptops.  Such jumper exists only in DELL PC.  In order to reset BIOS in laptops you should disconnect the CMOS battery as explained in this article. (Read in para: How to clear the BIOS, CMOS, or NVRAM by reseating the CMOS battery).
