Queria saber que tdp tendria que tener en cuenta para elegir un cooler para el i7-10700 en overclock

Thanks for your answer but that TDP is the maximun that i will need even when the processor is overclocked and with the max load?

No, that will cover the max load while running a non-overclocked configuration. Once you start overclocking, the requirements will increase. The next common size for cooling units is 120W, I believe. I would go with that.
