Creating a mobile device to run Win10. x64 CPU ideal. GPU will be attached. What are my options?

I am looking into producing a mobile device with the intent of hand-making and selling them on a small scale. The devices are designed to use an x64 processor to run a desktop OS in an 80x150x15mm phone form-factor (approximately).

I am looking not only for recommendations for what type processor would be best to run Win10 smoothly on a phone-sized motherboard, but also how I might go about purchasing some for use on the project, along with documentation on how the processor should be used and connected to other components. I am intending to attach a GPU to this as well.
