Does Intel Celeron N2930 support DTS-HD and TrueHD Bluray HD Audio bitstreaming? I cannot get it to work.

There is no available Intel(R) Management Engine for this processor. http://www.zotac.com/downloadlightbox.html?ltype=1000&link=http://downloads.zotac.com/mediadrivers/mb/download/86L45/txe.zip&uid=43394 Intel TXE does not fix the issue (said Intel ME replacement).
