Hello, does adjusting PL1/PL2 on a i5-12400F void the warranty, assuming the CPU does not overheat because of it? Lets say I adjust PL1 from the 65W to 80W, would that void my warranty instantly? (My current cooler can sustain 160W)

The Warranty Guide for Intel Processors states under the heading Usage of overclocking and Intel® XMP and warranty Info that "...Altering clock frequency or voltage may void any product warranties and reduce stability, security, performance, and life of the processor and other components. Check with system and component manufacturers for details.".
So the answer to your question would seem to be No. Having said that the latest BIOS releases include Intel Default Settings (IDS) as the standard setting. Deviating from IDS in the way you are suggesting could have no performance benefit at all and may compromise the stability of your system.

My Alienware R16 has an Intel i7-14700F. I use Alienware Command Center and changed the power profile to Performance. PL1 is set to 100W up from the default 65W and PL2 is unchanged from 219W. It allows the processor to punch above its weight, although not quite as fast compared to the K counterpart.
In my case, there is no negative effect on temperatures (240mm AIO) or stability and does not appear to have voided my warranty.
