Equivalent thermal conductivity of PCB

How can I estimate the equivalent thermal conductivity of the board on which the I5-8365UE is mounted?

I am doing thermal analysis of products equipped with i5-8365UE.

The accuracy of the analysis is insufficient because the exact thermal conductivity of the substrate on which the I5-8365UE is mounted is unknown.

Does anyone have any reference material?
