Good morning, I have a I7 6700k processor with a motherboard based asus ranger . The motherboard 've changed 3 times and still have the following problem : a clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor Allocated Within the time interval In Asus have told me that the problem may be the processor , I can indicate whether this problem can be processor ? Thank you

In addition, I commented that the computer gives blue screen at 3 minutes of starting the Windows installation .

I have not loaded any operating system and therefore no drivers loaded .

thanks

What is exactly the motherboard model number?

I also have this problem with a i3 6100 and an asus H110M plus. I have disabled power management and secure boot and the system freezes during various stages of the windows install. Sometimes the screen will not even display during POST.

I had a MSI 150M before that also exhibited similar symptoms i.e. random freezes but at least the OS would install.

Has this been looked into by Intel?

Thanks

It seems to be an issue with the processor MCH or memory controller hub since you are getting random freezes and other customers are getting BSOD.

Try calling Intel support for processor warranty replacement: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-support.html Contact Support
