Help me check the stock fan

I've got an I7 4790k but the stock fan in box look difference from Intel fan I've seen so far. Could anyone look at the attacked photo and tell me does this a genuine fan or not? Thanks! Btw, if I check warranty with FPO (mine is L440B...), it shows the warranty last until Apr 2018; but if I add the ATPO and check, it shows that it cannot find the warranty information. Does anyone know why?

The checking warranty has been done, I put the wrong ATPO (13 digits instead of 4 digits on CPU's back). The question now just focus on the fan, does it genuine?
