I am unable tu instrall vga/graphic drivers

Good day, i just bought a new pc and i wanted to install all the drivers from the asus site "https://www.asus.com/motherboards-components/motherboards/prime/prime-b760-plus/helpdesk_download?model2Name=PRIME-B760-PLUS" some worked, others not that much. For example vga driver and chipset driver refuse to launch. On the vga driver i cant find any installation.exe, following the instruction steps. And on the chipset i open the the asus setup app and nothing happens. I have a asus prime b760 prime and a i7 14700k. Some help would be apreciate it, thanks!

Thank you for posting in the communities. Unfortunately the website you shared is currently under maintenance at this time. I do want to set your expectation that Since this is an OEM (Branded Laptop) original equipment manufacturer device, please take into consideration that our support may be limited since we are not familiar with the technology, settings, customizations, custom drivers, and features that the OEM has designed and installed your system. 


Nonetheless, I want to try and take a look at it for you. May I please know the laptop model that you have? I did notice as well that the folder in the screenshot has not been unzipped yet. Does the issue occurs even when the files are unzipped? I will be waiting for your reply.
