Hello Fizzy_Amp, thanks a lot for choosing our products. Regarding your question, I will need to inform you that Intel has a "like for like" policy when replacing a product. That means that we will replace a product for the same model number.
In addition to that, the replacement option will be available when the product is defective and it is still under warranty.
which is the model number of the processor you just purchased?
You can contact our Warranty department for additional information http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/contactsupport http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/contactsupport

Hi, thanks for the response.
I research a little bit after i heard it has refresh most of the processors, however 4770k is not listed as replacing a new processor. I thought all of Haswell processors to replace. I'm really sorry to bothering here.

That is correct… ! You will be able to see that the Intel® Core™ i7-4770K Processor does not have a newer version.
At the moment it only has one spec code http://ark.intel.com/products/75123/Intel-Core-i7-4770K-Processor-8M-Cache-up-to-3_90-GHz?q=4770k# @ordering/ http://ark.intel.com/products/75123/Intel-Core-i7-4770K-Processor-8M-Cache-up-to-3_90-GHz?q=4770k# @ordering
