I think my i9 14900k is about to break

so i always used it normally and the only change ive done was to enforce all intel limits but now i get a rain of blue screen, almost every app freezes the pc, and i am desperate, i did nothing wrong and i cant afford this, this cpu was purchased in the end of january and if it breaks idk what to do, can i refund it?

Not so fast on the refund.

Run the IPDT

Post the results.  Then, So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

Thanks for the attention, but it came to a level that whenever it boots, its just straight up "KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED" or "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED", i will keep trying and when i do i will post the results, thanks again for helping me

Here it is, i booted on safe mode with internet, just so you know, these are the bsods i been getting:
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

SYTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

And down here is the report:

Please run the iPDT as well. It should work in Safe Mode.
