As both the CPU and GPU are running at high temperatures is it possible to improve them by selecting a lower performance level when playing games and/or lower game settings. I know MSI had something called Cooler Boost on their laptops, is yours one of them. If so does selecting Cooler Boost make any difference.
It might be worth contacting the support department for your laptop at MSI and see if there is any help or advice they can give you.
