Indigo Xtreme TIM and Cpu Temp

The current king of thermal interface is Indigo Extreme, but application is a little different. You have to get your cpu up to 85-90°C for a few minutes in order for the material to flow (see diagram below). Is this safe for the i7 and i5 processors? cheers.
