Buonasera, sono possessore di un Pc con processore Intel Core i5-4460S CPU@2.90Ghz volevo sapere se e' presente TPM o se e' possibile l'attivazione per poter procedere al passaggio a windows 11 grazie

The 4460S is not on the list of supported processors for Windows 11. TPM would, if present, probably have been a TPM socket on the motherboard into which a TPM module was plugged. TPM also needs to be version 2.0 onwards.

Additionally, TPM alone is not enough to meet Microsoft's requirements.  You must also have VBS, which your processor does not.
