I’m currently conducting research related to autonomous systems and have recently become interested in exploring neuromorphic hardware for real-world algorithm validation. I learned that Intel provides access to Loihi 2 through the INRC, and I’d like to clarify a few points regarding the current application process and membership.

Questions about Loihi 2

1. The submission application (Join the INRC) link  on the INRC website 
   shows “Sorry, this survey is not currently active.”
   — Is the submission process currently closed?

1. Are any additional verification steps or documents required to become an official INRC research member?

2. The project proposal template mentions algorithm assessment and application assessment forms.
   Could you clarify in which situations these forms are needed?
   In other words, is submitting only the project proposal sufficient at this stage?
