I have been using Intel 17 13700KF for about 1 year, I bought Noctua's NH-D15s fans because I experienced overheating 3-4 months after purchasing it, but the overheating problem of the processor continued to increase. About 1-2 weeks ago, I saw articles about the problems of Intel's 13th-14th series. Is it possible to send my processor to Intel for testing? Also, even though I have a cooling fan, I see temperatures of 80 and above in almost every game. This must be being disgraced with money, lol.

Hi Ekmek,
Thank you for posting on our community, I have some question about your current situation can you kindly answer the following question for me:
- Can you tell me the temperature you are getting when in Idle? Also, when you are just in the BIOS can you tell me the temperature you are getting?
- Also, please share the model of your motherboard, and the version of your BIOS?
- Can you also tell me if you overclocked your processor?
- Lastly, can you share what CPU cooler you are using beside on the Noctua NH-D15s fans?
While at it can you perform the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool, this tool will perform a stress test on your process and test specific features on your processors as well. This will help me narrow down the best resolution for you.
