Intel 13 and 14 th ( Troubleshoot )

Hi, I can't log into Aion 2 because this notification appears and I can't press any buttons

The error message is not in English so it is difficult to say what this is. Any reference to Intel 13th and 14th gen by a game normally means that it wants the BIOS updated to the latest release. This is to ensure that the most recent Intel microcode - 0x12F - is present.

Before updating the BIOS it is a good idea to update to the latest Intel chipset,  Management Engine (ME) Interface and Serial IO drivers in that order. The BIOS may also include a ME firmware update, or it might be a separate install but do this as well.

This should remove the error message.
