Intel RMA i9 14900K

Hi All,

I have a simple question: Is Intel product warranty valid for a product with no POP (Proof Of Purchase) ? Because I've lost it.

The product is an Intel i9 14900k (with its original box, serial number, batch number ... etc...)

Will a future RMA request been rejected for this motivation ?

Best Regards

Hello FabioBugiolacchio,

Thank you for reaching out. To answer your question, yes a Proof of Purchase (POP) is required for Warranty Claims. The POP must come from the original place of purchase and must match the customer claiming the warranty.

If you have lost your POP (Proof of Purchase), you may contact the retailer or reseller where you purchased the processor as they are able to provide a copy of your invoice or receipt.

Without the POP, a future RMA request might be rejected based on our Warranty Policy. For more information, please see 13th Gen limited warranty terms and conditions

If you have further concerns, kindly let me know.
