I have been playing on this recently built computer for about a month but recently it started blue screen itself infinitely, as soon as it reset after "finding an error with windows" it would just blue screen again, after thinking it was a storage issue i bought a new SSD, turns out it wasn't the problem at all and after some searching online i found that Intel's Turbo Boost may have been causing the problem, after deactivating it, everything has been working fine but i still think my CPU may be defective since i randomly can't use software that i have been using and want to use in order to get max performance out of it.

Hello Barbox,
It seems you're experiencing Blue screens with the CPU and I'd like to get more details to address this correctly.
1. When it Blue screens, what error message does it show?
2. Are there any recent changes to the system aside from disabling turbo boost?
3. Are you running a specific application when the issue occurs?
Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
I hope to hear from you soon.
Best regards,

1 It shows different messages every time it resets itself, last time i took photos of the incident i got the code " PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED_AREA " and after it reset again i got " IRQL_ NOT LESS OR EQUAL ", but again everytime it resets its something different.
2 No there weren't any changes made to my system
3 No there aren't any specific aplications that cause it to crash, sometimes it crashes as soon as it restarts, sometimes as soon as i try to type, sometimes as soon as i open any aplication and sometimes i was able to load in a game just for it to bluescreen, and again this is withought changing anything in between crashes, just waiting for it to restart over and over again.

Test with a different PSU to rule that out. Otherwise, the CPU is likely failing, as you indicated.
Edit: Check your CPU Cooler for proper installation, and/or thermal paste application.
