Intel starter pack- software not installing

Hi

I just bought my HP laptop about a week ago and I received about the Intel Starter Pack.

I have been trying to download the software Corel Video Studio X9 however the serial number is for Video Studio x10. So the serial number after I registered it via Corel showed me that it was for VSX10.

Corel advised me to contact Intel so that they could give me the download and install link for VSX10 and not VSX9, since that was the reason it would not install at all.

I hope you guys could help me out.
