Intel turbo boost technology on i9 11900 and 11900k processors and power consumption

I have a pre-purchase question regarding i9 11900 and i9 11900k processors and intel turbo boost technology

Namely, the processor will be used for games, the processor will never be overclocked, and my question is: which processor will ultimately be less power-hungry?

I mean that intel turbo boost technology can turn on much more often in a lower base clock i9 11900 processor than its i9 11900k counterpart, does this also mean that when entering turbo boost mode, the processor starts working at maximum power consumption?

For example:

The game starts to load the processor, forces the turbo boost mode to be activated, but at the same time it does not fully load it and then both processors consume the maximum power value, i.e. about ~ 230W or only as much as they are loaded? So, for example ~ 170W?

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

When the processor enters Turbo Boost mode, the power consumption will depend on the tasks running, but it is not an exact number. The processor will consume as much power as required and allowed by the system.

The power consumption in the i9-11900k will be greater as that processor consumes more power, but again, it all depends on the tasks running.
