When my Dell Computer System Information shows following:
- Extended page tables is also called Second Level Address Translations (SLAT).
- Item "Hyper-V Second Level Address Translations" is enabled.
- no Second Level Address Translations under virtualization-based security (VBS) category.
can this CPU use Extended page tables of Hyper-V for VBS (which is listed as requirement of virtualization-based security)?

Thanks for prompt support. My CPU is Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8350U CPU @ 1.70GHz 1.90 GHz
For the non-technical end-user, why should not there be a list of CPUs that meet requirement when:
- Intel is so closely linked with Microsoft.
- Security is such high priority for Enterprise.
- Microsoft is preferred vendor
- Microsoft Application Guard is the only Microsoft Solution for Edge browser
- is there another format other than PDF for sharing documents between different systems?
- Product User Manuals are in PDF.

Hello panes-rubrics
Thank you for posting on the Intel Communities. I know this information is important to you and I will be glad to help.
If I may jump into the conversation, I would like to add that you can check the information for any processor on our product specifications website.
The processor that you are inquiring about includes support for Intel® VT-x with Extended Page Tables (EPT), please check the specifications for the processor in the Security and Reliability section.
Also, you can use the instructions in the following article to know if a specific processor has this support:
Do Intel® Processors Support Second Level Address Translation (SLAT)?
